2. User Responsibilities

By using FamilyRounds, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account.
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others.
• Only upload documents and enter patient information for individuals you have legal authority or consent to manage.
• Use the coaching and communication features respectfully and in good faith.
• Obtain appropriate consent before recording voice samples for voice cloning.
• Not use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Report any security vulnerabilities or unauthorized access to your account immediately.

3. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you upload or create on FamilyRounds, including:

• Clinical documents and medical records you upload.
• Patient profile information you enter.
• Notes, tasks, timeline events, and family updates you create.
• Voice recordings and coaching session transcripts.

You grant FamilyRounds a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., sending documents to AI models for summarization). This license terminates when you delete your content or account.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• FamilyRounds is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of AI-generated content.
• We are not liable for any medical decisions made based on information provided by the platform.
• Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of FamilyRounds shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

5. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in your profile settings. Upon deletion:

• All your personal data and uploaded content will be permanently deleted.
• Your membership in all care circles will be removed.
• This action is irreversible.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a security risk to other users.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of FamilyRounds after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
